What is the difference between a cardholder and an admin?
Within One2Pay, we distinguish between two types of users: the admin and the cardholder.
- Admin: the internal person responsible for managing business mobility within the company. The admin has access to the One2Pay portal and determines which functions and services are activated for each user. They also have 24/7 insight into transactions, CO₂ emissions, and expense reports. Of course, the admin can also be a cardholder.
- Cardholder: uses the One2Pay card for the services and functions enabled by the admin. With their personal app and card, the cardholder can refuel, charge, park, pay tolls, and wash their car.
