How do I arrange direct reimbursement of home charging costs by my employer?
With One2Pay, home charging costs can be settled automatically with your employer. You have two options:
Option 1: Keep your current charging point software
If your charging point has a backend that supports roaming and home charging reimbursement, you can usually keep using it. Roaming must be enabled, the charging point must be configured as semi-public, and external charging cards or EV Charging Tags must be accepted.
Option 2: Switch to E-Flux by Road
E-Flux by Road is One2Pay’s official charging partner. As a One2Pay customer, you do not pay an additional roaming fee per kWh for home charging sessions made with your One2Pay EV Charging Tag through E-Flux by Road. You pay the charging point management subscription, the one-off connection fee and the electricity charged.

In both scenarios, complete the following steps:
- Confirm that the charging point has backend or management software, supports roaming and accepts external charging cards or EV Charging Tags.
- Configure the charging point as semi-public with roaming enabled. You decide whether it is publicly listed; publication is not required for home charging reimbursement.
- Set your bank account in the charging point platform for payment of home charging reimbursements.
The software on your charging station egistrations the charging sessions you perform using your One2Pay EV charging tag. These sessions are processed by One2Pay and billed to your employer. The reimbursement for the electricity used is then deposited into your bank account.
No access to this settings?
If you do not have access to these settings, ask the owner or operator of the charging point to update them. One2Pay cannot access or manage your charging point software.
