Where can I find the serial number and EVSE ID of my charging point?
When registering a charging point with E-Flux by Road, you may be asked for its serial number and, if available, an EVSE ID.
Serial number
The serial number is usually found on a sticker already affixed to the charging station. Each brand typically uses its own serial numbering system. For example, the serial number of an Alfen charging station often begins with “ACE,” but some brands use a number sequence without letters.
If you can’t find the serial number, consult your charging station’s manual. It usually contains clear instructions on where to find the serial number.
EVSE ID
The EVSE ID is a seven-digit code provided by your installer, leasing company, or E-Flux by Road. This ID is usually provided on a separate, laminated sticker. If you already have this sticker, you can enter the code during registration.
Didn’t receive the sticker? No problem. During the registration process, an EVSE ID is automatically assigned to your charging station, and you can request a sticker with the assigned code to attach to the charging station.
