When will I receive my EV Charging Tag?

Once your admin has activated EV charging for you in the admin portal, you will receive an email from One2Pay asking you to open the One2Pay app. If you do not yet have the app, download it first.

When you open the app, a pop-up appears in which you can confirm or change the delivery address. You decide where the EV Charging Tag is sent.

After you confirm your address, we will dispatch your EV Charging Tag within one business day. Postal delivery usually takes up to five business days.
