How do I freeze or unfreeze my One2Pay card?

If your One2Pay card is lost, misplaced, or stolen, you can temporarily freeze it.
Found your card again? You can unfreeze it to start using it immediately.

Open the One2Pay app and go to My Card:

  • Freeze card: Use the option at the bottom right to temporarily block the card.
  • Unfreeze card: Follow the same steps and choose Unfreeze to reactivate your card.
