How do I reset my passkey?
Remove your old passkey in your account’s security settings and create a new passkey on your new device. This ensures you always have access to the One2Pay admin portal.
To use a passkey, make sure your device and operating system meet the requirements:
Supported OS (e.g., iOS 16 or higher, Android 9 or higher, Windows 10, macOS Ventura)
Device supports a verification method (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint scanner, or PIN)
Browser supports passkeys (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
Once your device meets these requirements, you can create and link a passkey in your One2Pay account’s security settings.
