How do I start and stop a parking session?

There are three ways to start and pay for parking with One2Pay.

1. Start and stop via the One2Pay app

Parking via the One2Pay app is simple.

How it works

  1. Open the One2Pay app.
  2. Select the correct parking zone.
  3. Enter your vehicle registration number.
  4. Start the parking session.
  5. Stop the parking session when you leave.

The parking costs are automatically processed through One2Pay.

Please note

This option is only available for street parking in the Netherlands and Belgium.

2. Tap-to-Pay with your One2Pay card

Tap-to-Pay works exactly like contactless payments with a bank card.

Simply hold your One2Pay card, either your digital card or physical card, against the payment terminal. The payment is processed instantly.

Fast, secure and easy.

Please note

This is available at all terminals that support Tap-to-Pay, both for parking garages and street parking.

3. Chip and PIN payment

Insert your physical One2Pay card into the payment terminal and follow the instructions on the screen.

Depending on the amount or terminal configuration, you may be asked to enter your PIN. The payment is then processed immediately.
