How do I remove a user and their card?

As an admin, open the Admin Portal and go to Teams & Cards.
Select the correct user, go to Card Settings, and click Terminate Card.
Then return to Card Settings to remove the user.

Tip: Remove the user’s card(s) first, then remove the user.
