How do I request a One2Pay EV Charging Tag?

You do not need to submit a separate request yourself. Once your admin activates EV charging for you in the admin portal, you automatically receive an email from One2Pay and a pop-up in the One2Pay app.

Open the app and confirm your delivery address. You choose where the EV Charging Tag is sent, after which we arrange dispatch as quickly as possible.

Please note: The pop-up only appears in the latest version of the app. Make sure it's up to date.
