How do I whitelist my One2Pay EV Charging Tag on a private charging point?

The exact steps differ by supplier and management platform, but the market-standard process is generally:

  1. Sign in to the charging point management platform.
  2. Open the section for permitted charging cards, users, RFID tags or access control.
  3. Add the number printed on the back of the One2Pay EV Charging Tag.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Test the EV Charging Tag at the charging point.

The EV Charging Tag can then be used to start and stop sessions if the charging point and platform support external RFID tags. If you do not have access to the platform, ask the charging point admin to add the tag.

Please note: Your employer can't reimburse your energy costs when you're in private mode.
