How do I pay for EV charging with One2Pay?

With One2Pay, you can charge at more than 1,000,000 public charging points across the Netherlands and Europe.

You can use One2Pay at almost all public charging stations, regardless of the charging network operator, provided that EV charging is activated on your One2Pay card.

You can use One2Pay in three ways:

1. Using the One2Pay EV Charging Tag

Use the One2Pay EV Charging Tag at charging stations that support RFID authentication.

In the One2Pay app, you can easily find available charging locations and see where you can charge.

2. Through a Charging Provider (App or Account)

Some charging networks require you to start and stop charging sessions through their own app or account, such as Tesla and other charging providers.

In these cases, you can use One2Pay as your payment method.

How it works:

Add your One2Pay card as the payment method in the charging provider's app.

Start and stop the charging session using that app.

View charging session details, tariffs and consumption in the charging provider's app.

Payment is processed through One2Pay.

Please note: Charging session details, such as kWh consumption, location and tariffs, are available in the charging provider's app. Within One2Pay, these transactions are not shown per charging session, but are included on the invoice received from the charging provider.

3. Using Your One2Pay Card (digital or physical)

At charging locations that support direct card payments, you can use your physical or digital One2Pay card to pay for your charging session.

Simply follow the instructions at the charging station and complete the payment with your One2Pay card.
