I forgot my PIN. What should I do?

Do you have an active Passkey? If so, you can always find your PIN in the One2Pay app under My Card Details.

Do you use a username and password instead of a Passkey? In that case, your PIN is not visible in the app, but you can find it in the One2Pay Customer Portal. Log in to the One2Pay Customer Portal and go to My Card Details.

Please note: Only physical cards have a PIN. The PIN is only visible in the app when an active Passkey has been set up.
