Can I link my existing EV-charging platform or EV-charging card to One2Pay?

Yes, this is possible.

If an EV-charging provider, such as Tesla, uses its own app and supports credit card payments, you can use One2Pay as the payment method.

How to add One2Pay through an external provider:

1. Open the charging provider’s app.
2. Go to Payments, Wallet or Payment Methods.
3. Select Add payment method.
4. Enter your One2Pay card number, name on card, expiry date and CVV (can be found in the One2Pay app under card details).
5. Save the payment method.

Important:

• You add the card through the provider, not through One2Pay.
• The payment is processed through One2Pay and included in your One2Pay billing.
• One2Pay settles with the provider and you settle with One2Pay, keeping your mobility costs together on one invoice.
• Charging session details are not shown in One2Pay. You can view them in the provider’s app.
