My card does not work for EV charging. What can I do?
First check whether:
- Your One2Pay card is active
- Your available amount is sufficient
- The service is allowed for your card
- The location is part of the One2Pay network (visible in the app)
The admin can review your settings in the admin portal.
If this does not help, please contact your company's admin. The admin can contact customer support of One2Pay.
