My passkey doesn’t work. What now?

Check whether the passkey is linked to the correct device. Then check whether the app is up to date. Still unable to log in? You can then reset the passkey using the email address we have on file. You can reset the passkey at: One2Pay - Reset.

Still having trouble after restoring the Passkey? Then contact your company's admin. The admin can then contact One2Pay customer support.
