Where can I update my personal details?

You can update your details in the One2Pay Admin Portal:

  1. Log in to the Admin Portal.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click the gear icon showing your name and company name.
  3. Here, you can:
    • Personal Details: update your name, phone number, or personal ID number.
    • Settings: change your language (default is your device’s language) and manage your security settings such as access codes or recovery options.
    • Switch Company: if you manage multiple companies, you can switch between them.
    • Log Out: securely sign out of your account.
Note: In the One2Pay app, users can only change limited details (like phone number or language). Full account updates requires the Admin Portal.
