Where can I update my personal information?
You can update your personal information in the One2Pay admin portal:
- Log in to the web portal.
- At the bottom of the screen, click the gear icon next to your name and company to open options:
- Personal information: Update your name, phone number, and personal ID.
- Settings: Change the language (default is your device language).
- Log out: Sign out of your account.
Note: Users can only update a limited set of personal information, such as phone number and language. For further changes, contact your company admin.
