Where can I update my personal information?

You can update your personal information in the One2Pay admin portal:

  1. Log in to the web portal.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click the gear icon next to your name and company to open options:
  • Personal information: Update your name, phone number, and personal ID.
  • Settings: Change the language (default is your device language).
  • Log out: Sign out of your account.

Note: Users can only update a limited set of personal information, such as phone number and language. For further changes, contact your company admin.
