Why has my credit limit changed?

One2Pay performs a new credit check every quarter. This review takes place on the first day of each quarter and replaces the previously available credit information.

The most recent credit check is always used as the basis for your assigned credit limit. Depending on the outcome, your credit limit may be increased, decreased, or remain unchanged.

If the credit check results in a negative assessment, your credit limit may be reduced or your card may be blocked. Any previous credit assessments will no longer apply.

Because the credit check is processed automatically within our systems, any changes to your credit limit are applied immediately based on the most up-to-date credit information.
