What happens to my Passkey if I use a new device?

Your passkey remains linked to your biometric data (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) as long as it’s connected to the same account.

 

If you can’t log in on your new device:

  • Remove the old passkey in your account’s security settings.
  • Create a new passkey on your new device.

 

This ensures you always have secure access to your One2Pay portal.
