What is the difference between a user and an admin?
Within One2Pay, we distinguish between two types of users: the admin and the user.
- Admin: the internal person responsible for managing business mobility within the company. The admin has access to the One2Pay admin portal and determines which functions and services are activated for each user. They also have 24/7 insight into transactions, reportings, and expense management. Of course, the admin can also be a user.
- user: uses the One2Pay card for the services and functions enabled by the admin. With their personal app and card, the user can refuel, charge, park, pay tolls, and wash their car.
