When are invoices issued?
We invoice your transactions weekly. This helps you stay in control, keep a clear overview and avoid unexpected costs afterwards.
The billing period runs from Monday through Sunday. You will receive your invoice every Monday, so you quickly gain insight into your expenses.
Card fees (digital and physical cards), transaction fees and additional costs for activated services are invoiced monthly. These are included in the first billing cycle of the month and align neatly with the weekly invoice.
Do you start using One2Pay during a month? Then billing will immediately apply to the full month. This ensures you have a complete and clear overview of your costs from the start.
