How do I register my home charging point at E-Flux by Road?

To manage your charging point and enable reimbursement through E-Flux by Road, register it as follows:

Step 1: Create an E-Flux by Road account

Create an account, enter your personal details and add the private bank account (IBAN) on which you want to receive the electricity reimbursement.

Step 2: Link the charging point

In your account, go to My Locations and add a new charging station. Enter the charging point serial number and, if available, the EVSE ID.

Don’t you have a sticker? Select “I don't have a sticker” and check the box if you'd like to receive one.

Step 3: Confirm the location and subscription

Enter the physical installation address and select the subscription that matches the charging point type, usually an AC charging point for residential use.

The costs for the charging station management subscription are:

• €5.50 per month, excluding VAT (€6.66 including VAT) per charging point

• A one-time connection fee of €16.50, excluding VAT, for a standard AC home charging station

In many cases, these costs are reimbursed by the employer as part of the charging program.

Step 4: Configure access and reimbursement

Configure the charging point as semi-public with roaming enabled. Public listing is optional, not mandaroty. Set the reimbursement rate per kWh and the bank account for reimbursement payments.

With this setting, the charging station can recognize charging sessions initiated with your One2Pay EV charging tag. This ensures that home charging sessions are correctly recorded and billed.

Next, set the reimbursement rate per kWh and configure the bank account to which the reimbursement for home charging sessions should be paid.

Step 5: Start charging

Confirm the registration and test a session with the One2Pay EV Charging Tag. Once correctly configured, sessions can be processed. All your charging sessions are conveniently summarized in your One2Pay overview, and the electricity charges are transferred to your personal account every month!
