I terminated my account, why do I still receive an invoice?

After cancellation, you will receive a final invoice covering all costs up to and including the month in which your cancellation takes effect.
This is because invoicing is done in arrears and always for a full month. For example, if you cancel on April 15, billing will still run until April 30.
This ensures a clear and complete final settlement of your costs.
