I want to cancel One2Pay, how do I do this?

We are sorry to see you want to cancel. We would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you to understand your reason and see how we can better support you in the future.

If you’re sure you want to cancel, you can terminate your card(s) and inform us by email or phone that you wish to cancel One2Pay. We will ensure your cancellation is processed properly in our systems.

After your cancellation, you will receive one final invoice. This will include all costs up to and including the month in which your cancellation takes effect.

This is because we invoice in arrears and always process a full month. For example, if you cancel on April 15, billing will continue until April 30.

This ensures everything is completed clearly and correctly and gives you a full overview of your final costs.
