Why does my One2Pay EV Charging Tag not work at my home charging point?

First check the charging point settings and the connected platform. The backend determines which charging cards and EV Charging Tags are accepted and how sessions are recorded.

1. Does the charging point have backend software?

External EV Charging Tags generally require backend or management software. Without it, the relevant settings may not be available.

2. Is the charging point private or semi-public?

  • Semi-public: check that roaming is enabled. The charging point does not need to be publicly listed.
  • Private: add or authorise the One2Pay EV Charging Tag in the platform, where supported. Please note that employer reimbursement is not available while the charging point remains configured only for private use.

Is it still not working?
If it still does not work, contact the charging point supplier or operator. One2Pay cannot access or change your charging point software.
