What should I do if I can’t log in?

First check the following:

• Make sure you are using the correct login method (Passkey or email and password)
• Check whether the SMS verification code was entered correctly
• Ensure your device or app is up to date
• Verify that your passkey is linked to the correct device

If you still cannot log in, contact your company’s admin. The admin has access to the admin portal.
