What is included on the invoice?

The weekly invoice includes all transactions and costs for the services you use within the billing period. For example:

• Fuel and charging transactions
• Parking transactions (including transaction fees)

The monthly invoice additionally includes:

• Transactions from the last week of the month
• Service fees
• Card fees for your digital and physical cards

In some cases, a transaction may be invoiced at a later moment. This happens when we receive transaction data later from a partner, such as a fuel station, charging point or parking provider. This is due to processing times within the supplier’s network.

As soon as we receive the data, it is automatically included in the next available invoice. This ensures that all transactions are processed correctly and completely, even if they are received later.
